It is a pleasure to inaugurate the 10th edition of the Italian Cuisine Exhibition organized by the Associazione dei Cuochi di Cucina Italiana – ACCI Gusto of Japan.
I am particularly glad that this year exhibition will take place in person and I wish to thank President Kataoka and all the organizers for making it possible despite of the challenges still posed by the pandemic.
ACCI Gusto counts on the participation of more than 270 Chefs and 100 companies working in the agrifood sector and their passionate work to present the Italian rich culinary traditions makes the Associazione one of the most valuable and exceptional partner for the promotion of the Italian Cuisine in Japan.
I am very glad that the Italian Cuisine Exhibition, that will gather more than 100 “food” and “wine” companies at the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center, is part of the rich program of events of the Week of the Italian Cuisine in Japan that will take place from the 22 to the 28 of November and I am sure that with the active cooperation of ACCI Gusto we will continue to be very successful in the promotion of the Italian cuisine and of the unique and excellent Italian food and wine products.
