The Italian Bilateral Scientific Cooperation Award is an initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) launched to recognise the work of Italian scientists who have contributed to scientific and technological progress through their research carried out abroad, contributing to the improvement of Italy’s relations with other countries and international organisations in these fields.
Admission criteria: Italian citizenship, max. age 65 at the date of publication of the call for applications, Japan resident as of 1 January 2020, approximately 10 years of experience since obtaining PhD.
Deadline for applications: 7 February 2025
