等価証明書

イタリアにおいて外国の学位・資格を進学または就労目的で認定する手続きでは、管轄イタリア領事当局による「Dichiarazione di Valore（学歴認証）」の発行が必要です。
この文書では、取得した学位または職業資格が、取得国の教育制度上どのような価値を有するかを証明します。

Dichiarazione di Valore は、学位の同等性または等価性を証明するものではありません。これらは、イタリアの関係機関（教育省、大学・研究省、地方教育局、大学等）が、提出された学位を審査したうえで判断します。

CIMEA　www.cimea.it（Centro di Informazione sulla Mobilità e le Equivalenze Accademiche）では、大学および非学術機関による認定のための「Comparability Certificate」および「Qualification Verification」のオンライン申請サービスを提供しています。

在東京イタリア大使館では管轄区域内に居住する方を対象に Dichiarazione di Valore を発行しています。

就学目的の Dichiarazione di Valore は無料で、以下の書類を郵送することで申請できます。

  • 申請書
  • 卒業証書および成績証明書（英語版）。これらは、日本国外務省により正式にアポスティーユまたは領事認証されたものに限ります。

したがって、公証人による one step service を通じてアポスティーユされた書類に基づく等価証明申請は受理されません。

  • 当大使館では、日本国内の外国学校で取得された学位については、当該学校が日本で正式に認可されており、かつ外務省（GAMUSHO）が直接アポスティーユまたは領事認証を発行できる場合を除き、Dichiarazione di Valore を発行することはできません。

それ以外の場合、Dichiarazione di Valore は、当該教育機関の本部所在地を管轄するイタリア大使館または総領事館に申請する必要があります。
また、教育機関がこれらの書類を英語で発行しない場合には、イタリア語訳を提出する必要があります。翻訳者の連絡先はこちらで確認できます。

Declarations of value

The procedure for the recognition in Italy of foreign educational qualifications for study or employment purposes requires the issuance of a “Declaration of Value” by the competent Consular Authority.
This document certifies the value of educational or professional qualifications within the local educational system of the country where they were obtained.

The Declaration of Value is not a certificate of equivalence or formal recognition. Such recognition is granted by the relevant Italian authorities (Ministry of Education, Ministry of University and Research, Provincial School Offices, Universities, etc.) following the evaluation of the qualifications.

CIMEA　www.cimea.it  (Centro di Informazione sulla Mobilità e le Equivalenze Accademiche) offers the possibility to apply online for Comparability Certificates and Qualification Verification statements for recognition by universities and non-academic institutions.

The Embassy of Italy in Tokyo issues Declarations of Value to residents within its consular jurisdiction.

Declarations of Value for study purposes are issued free of charge and may be requested by post by enclosing the following documents:

Therefore, requests for Declarations of Value based on documentation apostilled by notaries through the one step service cannot be accepted.

  • This Embassy cannot issue Declarations of Value for qualifications obtained in Japan from foreign schools, unless such institutions are officially recognized in Japan and the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (GAMUSHO) can directly issue the Apostille or Legalization.

Otherwise, the Declaration of Value must be requested from the Italian Embassy or Consulate responsible for the country where the institution’s main headquarters is located.

If the institution cannot issue these documents in English, an Italian translation must also be provided. Contacts for some translators can be found here.

Declarations of Value for employment purposes are subject to fees, and applications cannot be submitted via Letter Pack.
